GREAT DOCTOR! He's been our optometrist for MANY, MANY years! My children adore him! He is right to the point, friendly, and knows what he is doing. AWESOME GUY!!

He is the rudest doctor I have ever met. I wouldn't send my dog to him, said very cruel comments to me very unprofessional like the other person he needs to be reported i will never go back to him and no one should go to him

I have been going to Dr. McPhail for several years and he has always been very professional and takes good care of my eyes. As another reviewer says, he is very candid and does not sugar coat things. He is a good doctor, though.

Dr. McPhail and his staff are always professional and take the time to get it right. I have been going to him for almost a decade, never have I experienced an issue. He is a great doctor, if you like things sugar coated then maybe you shouldn't go here because is frank and gets right to the point. Keep up the good work!
