The castle is the place to go for your wedding dress! It was such a special experience for my mom, sister, and I. The owners could not have been more helpful in making my dream dress come to life! So thankful for these ladies and would purchase from there again.

Where do I start with the problems I encountered when ordering bridesmaids dresses???



1. When I orgainally asked the price of the the floor length dress I wanted, they gave me the short dress price. The dress was actually $40 MORE!

2. I was told as long as I ordered by a specific date, the dress would come in on time. Even though all dresses were ordered by that date, they told me if I didn't pay a "rush fee" of $20 per dress, they wouldn't come in on time. (When you have 7 bridesmaids...that's ALOT)

3. Two of my bridesmaids ordered sizes based on the consultants measurements and the dresses came back WAY off. One was ridiculously too small and the other was WAY to big. Thank God they were able to switch with one another!



I would NEVER recommend the Castle to ANYONE. Wedding planning is stressful enough and the added stresses I inherited from the Castle were NOT worth it!

I bought my wedding gown at The Castle and they by far had the best customer service out of any bridal shop I visited. The ladies at the store were attentive to my needs and made appointments with me so that I could have the one on one service that I wanted. If you want to be treated extra special when choosing your wedding gown go to The Castle. They will definitely take care of you!
