The manager during the morning is very nice and helpful. If there was a problem
With check out because of long lines they do their best with a smile. Retail is a hard
Job and sometimes they get short on help but no store can foresee employees calling in sick.

The management here is laughably incompetent. Three managers and the only cashier took over 15min to figure out how to ring up a sale. All the while, the line just grew and grew, as customers left their carts and walked out of the store. Could've one of the managers opened another register? Called for another cashier? It wasn't even that buddy, but they took so long getting each other's heads out of their asses that people were walking out. This isn't the first time I've seen similar problems here, either.

I love going in toys r us with my sons and watching how excited they get.
