What a ripoff! $34.95 a month for ever, unless you drive back to the store and cancel in person. We were very clear with the staff that this was a limited time membership, but they did bait and switch and slid the forms for recurring charges. When I called the corporate offices for a refund, an automaton manager woman kept informing me that it was all in writing. They could care less. DO NOT GO TO ULTRATAN IN SPARTANBURG, SC OR PROBABLY ANYWHERE, FOR THAT MATTER. THEY WILL FIND CLEVER WAYS TO ROB YOU!!! Shame on them for doing this to people in this economic climate.

The pricing is outragouus. I used to workstation ultra tan. Initial signup is about 70$ minimum, then 35 every month after, and that's only for base beds which don't give you much color at all To go in a higher pressure bed u must pay extra each visit Half off on weekends is nice along w ten free dollars but to get a nice long lasting tan, expect to pay! Cleanliness there is the best I've seen however which is very important.

Ultra tan is ok, but it really sad to pay a monthly fee 35.00 to 100.00 pay an extra 12.00 to lay in an upgrade bed and some of the bulbs are burnt out.. What the heck, and this does not happen once this happens all the time.. Its crazy they need some one running that place that haves a clue, they stand around giggling and talking..
