Spartanburg Auto Auction is now under New Management since February 2013. It is now a Dealer only auction with no public allowed. It is a great place for Dealers to come together to buy and sell vehicles.

I sold a vehicle at this auction and bought a vehicle the same night 3 weeks ago. The vehicle I purshased was sold with a one hour warrenty and as soon as I pulled onto the main street...the transmission started slipping and the engine overheating. I brought the vehicle back to the auction within 10 minutes and they tried to jack me around about giving me my money back even though I had an hour to return it for a full refund. I finally threatened to call the police and the news and they gave me my money back. As far as the vehicle I sold that night....I have been waiting 3 weeks for the check. They took the money from the man who purchased it that night and keep trying to jack around about giving me the check. They said they have mailed it out 3 times....still no check. I am going down there with the sherriff to get my check and pressing fraud charges. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!
