Daughter went in to get mani for prom. Nails are lopsided, thick in some spots and paper thin in others. Polish looks like a kindergartner did it. She's in tears! Went back and asked them to fix it. Looks worse! Avoid this place.

It was only my second time visiting the nail salon. The first time I was on edge-based on not being welcomed. I made another appt because Tony did my nails okay, and the location is convenient from my employer. I made an appointment and an hour later I was never seen. When I went to ask Tony he because abruptly unprofessional and made numerous of comments. The one that stood out the most was that he would not make a future appt for me. I politely excused myself, and would never RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

The first time i went there i was getting my nails done while a lady walked in and she seemed like that was her go to spot .... I was the only person there at 6:30 and they close at 7. They turned this lady away because they did not want to stay a few minutes over to help her. I was very surprised as she was telling them she comes there all the time and they told her she needed to call from now on instead of showing up but the door says "walk-ins welcome" ..... I just called today at 6pm to see if i could come in to get my nails filled in and a pedi and the lady said " We have 2 people here and we want to leave at 7" i replied "yall only have 2 customers but 5 employees and you wont help a client? " she said "yes we can do it tomorrow" I replied "no thank you i'll start going elsewhere that does not turn down their loyal clients on a regular basis" and she said "ok thank you bye" they obviously do not care at all about their clients and it shows !!!!!

It was my first time here in Feb 2015 and will be my last time, they charge excessively for a very poor and negligible pedicure services. On top of that, they charge 10 dollar extra for using a sponge scrub and not even a foot filer for callus removal.
