Provided by YP.comI scheduled a recall visit for 8:30 for my 02 Honda Civic. I arrived at 8:00 and was greated by Justin before I got out of the car. I explained that I was 30min early and Justin told me that it was not a problem. I had made plans to be picked up at 8:30. Justin asked if I needed a ride to work and that they would be glad to take me. I called and cancelled my ride. Mr. Jimmy Carol drove me to work. What a great way to start the day talking with someone with such an awesome attitude and joy for life. Justin and Jimmy jumpstarted my day with a heart for service. I had to leave my car overnight while parts were ordered. I expected to get my car back later in the afternoon. Justin called before 10:00 and told me the car was ready. While caring for my Civic, several items were found that needed attention. I will have them fixed in the near future. This is by far the best customer service that I have ever had at at a car dealer. Other dealerships made me feel like a number and that they were doing me a favor. The service team at Vic Bailey Honda were the best! Thanks again.

Provided by YP.comWe are the proud owners of a Honda Civic Hybrid and we needed to have our great little car serviced. Being new to owning a hybrid, we were unsure as to who would be knowledgeable enough to complete the required maintenance we needed, so we contacted Vic Bailey Honda’s Service Department. We scheduled an appointment to bring our car in and upon arrival spoke with Justin, the Service Advisor, was great about ensuring that all the required maintenance we needed was completed in a quick yet thorough manner. Three months later, we received a notice in the mail from Vic Bailey Honda which stated our 90 day service was due. I called to schedule an appointment and was able to get our car in the very next day. Once again we met with Justin, who talked with us about what we wanted done and then suggested what was appropriate maintenance based on what was performed at our last visit (all our previous maintenance was in their database) and the mileage of our car. We left our car and three hours later, it was ready to be picked up. Justin reviewed what the technician, David, had performed tests on, the results of the tests and the work that was completed. Justin stated that after all of the work was done, our car was test driven to ensure that we would not have any problems once we left the dealership. Justin, David and the Service team at Vic Bailey Honda are honest, caring and extremely thorough and we could not ask for a better group of hardworking individuals to keep our car driving smoothly and safely.
