I just had a haircut by Erin. I am very pleased. She listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. She was pleasant and cut with expertise. I hesitated going to this location, because of the low ratings. Perhaps if more people who are pleased left a good rating, the total of stars would come up!
I know I have been guilty of not doing so. Thank you Erin!

Turned away 40 min before closing. They lost all their good help. Owner cuts hair the way she wants. Not going back.

The worst customer service
They left a bold spot on my hair for a month and a half and wouldn't give my money back since then I still loose my hair the like fried my scalp I'll never go back

THESE PEOPLE DONT GIVE REFUNDS WHEN THEY MESS UP YOUR HAIR! You will regret ever coming here! A 2.5 review is no joke! They claim they are a personally ran business just in spearfish when you have complaints even though there are cost cutters around the nation. DONT COME HERE!!!!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME/MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I left in tears after seeing my hair. I showed the hair stylist a picture of what I wanted & I got nothing like the picture. My hair was bleached by the hair stylist and I didn't even know she was bleaching it until after she started. My hair has chunks of blonde in my natural brown. I talked to the manager shortly after asking her for a refund so I could go to a stylist that I trusted. Shortly after she calls me back saying she is not going to refund me. I told her I was not satisfied with the decision that was made so she told me to come in so she could see my hair. My fiancé came with me & while she was trying to convince me that my hair looked like the picture my fiancé walked up to see what she was pointing out in the picture. The manager told my fiancé to back off & that this didn't concern him in any way. She then tried to intimidate us by telling us the person across from us that apparently works there that wasn't even getting her hair done that she's a cop.

Having been turned away more than 2 times with an hour before closing time. Really not my loss but yours, you've lost our buisness, tips and all. What a crappy way of running a business, if you close at 4 instead of 5 POST it on the damn door!

From the only comment on there I disagree with their answer.Everyone has there own opinion to everything,but went my mother and I went there to get her hair done i thought they were great. They helped my mother right away and the gentlemen who did my mother hair was named Aaron. My mom said she wanted the length unless he had to get rid of it but to give it more volume and to just clean it up. After he was done my mother was VERY pleased with his work and then wanted to get her eyebrows done and he cleaned those up plus more and she was also pleased with those results. Both of those jobs done for only 26 dollars and most places it would cost about 35 to 45 + dollars.

the service i received here was not anything i would recommend to anyone else. especially as a first time customer. the cut and style i received was not what i asked for. my opinion did not matter and instructions were not followed. it will now take several months for another salon to fix what was done. i am very disappointed in this business.
