Provided by YPmobileThese guys are awesome! I have anxiety issues and worry about everything. They have always taken the time to anwser my questions and I can have a lot. I can also sometimes talk a ton, they didnt mind that either. Went to them with a wobble in my 2003 avalanche. They took the time for an application to try and save me money, were even understand when I wrote down the wrong info when filling it out in a hurry to get back to them today. The application didnt work out unfortunately. Thank you guys for the wonder service.

Provided by YP.comTo add a little "balance" (pun intended) to the reviews for Great Western Tire in Spearfish, I was just on a road trip back to Chicago after buying a rickety '89 Comanche in Portland, OR. I realized in Gillette, WY that I was going to need a pair of new tires but finding a pair of 225/75-15s in the land of full-size pickups was going to be a challenge. A quick Google search helped me locate Great Western Tire, I didn't even look at reviews because I was losing valuable time and just needed to get the job done. I called, got a quote and plugged the address into my GPS. When I arrived I was greeted, handed over my keys and played a real-life game of frogger running across the street to DQ for lunch. When I finished, I returned. They had been held up a little because we didn't discuss if I wanted the white letters in or out. While I was waiting, I lost a quarter in the Coke machine and an employee gave me a quarter out of his own pocket. The car was finished in about 10 more minutes. I paid the exact amount I was quoted over the phone and was back on the road. What more could I ask for?

Provided by YP.comBAIT AND SWITCH! I’m from out of town and had a flat on the Interstate. Finally got my vehicle there and was told I needed TWO, instead of one, tires because it would “cause the weight to be on one side”. I was given a price of $205 per tire, and when I went to pay I was charged over $660.00!! “Add-ons” such as balancing, tire diposal, etc. added $250.00 to my bill, + $100.00 PER HOUR for two screws to be inserted on a mudflap by a person who was obviously NOT a certified mechanic and doubtfully had even a high school degree…..THEY SAW ME COMING. When I politely asked about the bill the attendant was rude and threatening. When I got home my local mechanic just shook his head and said the second tire was completely unnecessary. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Check internet for other reviews that verify this assessment!
John I thank you for your business and your review. First of all I don't think it is professional to insult people that got you back on the road. I was the tech that repaired your "two screws" and your request and I remember taken four screws out and turned your mudflap around and drilled new holes so your mud flap was installed. Secondly, You are right I am not a certified mechanic where your wrong is I am a high school graduate, I have 2 certifications through the military, and I am a TIA certified tire tech which is what you came to our shop for tires. Thirdly, When I told you everything I did you seem pleased, I was wondering why the bad review and the insults I only did what you asked.
