My experience was fairly good. Used then numerous times now for dress clothes. Once a couple of buttons got broken during pressing on a suit, but later when I pointed it out, they apologized and fixed it at no charge.

theyr'e front desk attendant (Lindy) is the rudest girl i've ever met, I've been desperatly trying to reach the owner there over them screwing up my brand new ski jacket, and Lindy told me when I left ( Peace out _itch ) can you believe that????wow dont ever take anything there, cause they will mess your items up and swear at you when you want to talk to the owner.
