Worst service ever. Loyal customer of 3+ years and they are jacking me around. First they told me they "do not know how to activate my phone" that I purchased from them. 6 months later, phone screen (led) broke twice. Both times I paid for a repair. Now it won't connect to my network, and they want me to spend an additional $400 to purchase a new one. Extremely disappointed and canceling my contract tomorrow. US Cellular in general is a great phone company, but this location honestly has their heads up their asses. Get it together, Spencer. I'm going to Verizon.
