May look nice? but it realy is not. crappy managment, appliances are old 1970's, landscapping is nice but not worth it. white trash looking there are bedrooms sheets hanging in the windows to make blinds very ghetto, they used to have a play ground but probbaly not anymore. oh did i mention the price? buckel ur seat belts! 800+ a month. you think for that much it would be diamonds and gold on the door handels. YEAH RIGHT... if i had to say one thing about this place thats good its that its in a nice spot of town and they had a nice repair man but who knows he may be gone. oh and if you think about taking a tour of this place beware becuase they will show you an empty new remodel or someones actual home who has nice decorating taste. but you may get stuck with an older and its now what you sighned up for.... also there are apartments across the street that are garbage as well. thoes across the street are not managed by the same company.
