We have been customers for about 2 years. We get billed and we pay for a service we do not receive. One of our neighbors use same company in which they have 2large bins. Each week we put our bins out and our neighbors gets picked up, but ours just sits there. We have been calling for several weeks complaining about our garbage not getting picked up. Each time we are told someone will be out to get it. We come home from work and garbage is still there. We call and we are told gps shows that they came and picked up, but yet still full and nothing has changed. We are paying for a service that we have yet to receive. We are ready to load up their bin garbage and maggots and drop off and never look back. My husband called again today and even told them he would put a laundry basket on the tote so they wouldn’t miss it, still garbage and broken laundry basket sitting there.

I have been a customer of Suburban Disposal for 37 years over 2 residences. There are several competitors to choose from and have been tempted by 'introductory offers' but have never wanted to leave the stellar service I am used to receiving. I called today to get my aging tote replaced and was simply told it would be replaced shortly after the next pickup. Hire these guys.

Absolutely horrible company I paid for 6 months of service up front. It took them 2 months to get me a toter so I had three extra bags of garbage sitting next to the can and thy refused to pick it up. Told me I would be billed for extra garbage but would not remburse me for the two months of service I paid for and never received... As soon as my 6 months is up going back to waste management... Well worth the extra 10 dollars a month or what ever it is

Your billing and customer SERVICE SUCK. You can not even you lame phone service and have no email address.
you suck and your BILLING IS ALWAYS LATE or WRONG.
We pay our BILLS on TIME, Why cant you send us the correct MONTHLY statement instead of always BEING late.
I am NOT paying YOUR LATE charge.

How does one stay in business as long as they claim with such rude customer service? They are arrogant. defensive, and all around callous. They damaged my driveway with their hydraulic arm. Wish I had that on video to submit to AFV. They picked up an indoor kitchen basket full of paper products with the arm. The idiot at the controls bounced the equipment repeatedly into the end of my driveway. Not to mention, the basket was sitting on the grassy island at the curb. Significant damage was done. I called and e-mailed to ask for an explanation and compensation. I called for over a week and never got to talk to the "decision maker." Does one even exist? My contract is up at the end of the month and I called to cancel my service. Absolutely nothing from the bigger idiot on the phone. That attitude just confirms I made the right decision to DUMP them. I called BOON and SONS and received a year contract for nearly $40.00 cheaper. Not only is Suburban rude, they're thieves!!!!

WASTE OF MONEY!! THEY ARE NOTORIOUS FOR NOT PICKING UP TRASH OR RECYCLING. SEVERAL TIMES I HAVE HAD GARBAGE THAT ISN'T PICKED UP. WHEN YOU CALL THEM THERE STAFF IS RUDE AND INSULTING. THEY DONT RETURN PHONE CALLS. AND THEN IT TAKES THEM 2 DAYS JUST TO GET OUT TO PICK UP THE TRASH. PLUS THERE MORE EXPENSIVE...NEVER AGAIN WILL I CHOOSE SUBURBAN DISPOSAL!

They are the ABSOLUTE worse company ever. I have had them for 7 months and not once have they picked up my trash on time. When they do pick it up, they leave half of it on the ground. When you call to complain, they lie and get snarky once you catch them in the lie.

We are leaving Suburban Disposal to go with Boon and Sons in the Spencerport area. Suburban is poorly run, they do not replace cracked or filthy containers, and almost always leave a handful of recycle items scattered on our front lawn. Never receive a bill in the mail and are overall very dissatisfied with the service. Would NOT recommend.

I had suburban at one of my seasonal properties for several years . One of our homes has been vacant since 9/2012. We are still getting auto debited every 3 months. We can't get a direct contact for the owner - please provide if you have one.

worst. service. ever.

Two weeks and no one has picked up our trash after making calls saying that someone will be there. Don't make the mistake. They also don't pick up small tree branches and you have to call someone else. Just awful.

I have been a customer for almost a year, and will be changing companies when my contract expires. They have failed to pick up my recyclables 4 of the last 5 weeks. I have talked to customer service and escalated it to supervision. They are not reliable, and are unable to fix recurring problems.

After 25 years I am changing services. Since health problems have hindered our ability to wheel the big tote to the road down a 125 ft. driveway, I asked for IN service, which means a man comes down the driveway and gets it from in front of the house. Well, since July 2013 I have had to call 8 times to get them to do this and now I am going to try another service. The attitude of some of the staff is horrible, and it isn't like we are not paying more for it. I guess this outfit doesn't give a rats behind about their customers! If I could give a half star I would!

Poor service

Do yourself a favor and stay away from these unprofessionals. I ordered service a week ago. Still don't have a garbage toted that was promised a week ago. Managers are always busy and unavailable.

We have had this company for many years now. They provide excellent service. When I have called the office with questions about what can be picked up and the procedures for arranging special pick-up they have been friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are very competitive. The people that do the garbage pickups are friendly and neat. I highly recommend this company.
