1. I had punches on a free movie card and was one short of a free movie. When new ownership took over they changed the card so the took my card and punched out the same number of punches I had on the old card and told me I only had 4 more movies for a free show.

2. Ticket prices have increased to a point it is now cheaper for a senior to go to willmar for the movies.

3. The seats in this facility are in poor repair. I know several people who fell over folding chairs that were inserted in the rows for seats that had been removed.

4. I was advised that there was appropriate seating available. When I went in the theater there was no seating available. I was informed that new management has a policy of no refunds for any reason and that I would need to file a complaint form to have a refund considered.

5. Sometimes they have one person running the consession stand and the same person starting the films.
