Provided by YP.comHave had my vehicles fixed there for a long time and never had a problem with them. I highly recommend these folks. They fix cars right the first time and for a reasonable price.

Provided by YP.comMy wife's Ford was on its last leg and she refused to drive it until I either had it repaired or bought her a new one. I took the Crown Vic to every auto repair shop in Western Travis County and the lowest estimate I could get for the same work was $1,750.00 at a repair shop near the "Y". A friend at work said that I should take it to the place where he has both his car and truck worked on so I took it over to Luis Perez at Bee Creek Automotive. Luis was friendly and took my list of repairs needed. In about 15 minutes he told me that he could do everything on the list plus two additional problems he found for between $750.00 - $775.00. The shop was busy but he said they could get to it later in the afternoon or I could bring it back in the morning whichever was best for me. I brought it back the next morning early with every intention of waiting all day.
Just past 11 a.m. he came and got me in the waiting room. My wife's care was ready to go. The bill for all the work was $733.15. That was just over a week ago and my wife says her car is running great. Luis and his employees could not have been nicer to me and I am off the hook for a new car for my wife. Thanks Luis. Ross

Provided by YP.comI've had three different vehicles in for different repairs and have had poor results. I took my 2001 SuperCrew in due to a bad smell coming from it that smelled like radiator fluid or mold in the cab. They first told me it was mold coming from the air intake for the cabin and sold me a can of deodorizer. Later, as I suspected, it was a heater core out, which is a pretty common cause. They repaired it and solved the problem, but in the process broke the latch on my glove compartment and said they would fix it, but didn't. I don't know why and obvious problem was that hard to diagnose.
I took my 1998 Expedition in for work and they damaged the roof I can only assume by when they put it on the lift. I couldn't prove that they did it so I didn't do anything about it, including confronting them about it. I recall it took twice as long for the simple repair as it should have.
I took my 1997 Honda CRV in for routine timing belt replacement. They caused a leak or problem in the thermostat, can't remember if they put the thermostat in upside down or forgot a gasket or what the problem was, but they fixed it no charge as expected, though we were again without the vehicle while this was done. This was 2 years ago. Just found out that the oil pump seals or gaskets are leaking and either should have been replaced at that time or were done improperly causing me to spend more money to have something fixed that wasn't fixed right the first time.
I know of another situation where we took a truck in with a cooling problem and they replaced the entire cooling system as they couldn't figure out what the problem was. As it turns out what should have been a $500 repair took $2600 and multiple trips to get finally fixed.
Save yourself frustration and go somewhere else. You may be tempted by prices (I was), but you'll pay more in the long run.
I believe the person who wrote this review may have Bee Creek Automotive confused with another repair garage in this area with a similar name. My records show no such vehicles having been serviced on or near the date of this review. We do not only do excellent repairs but also enjoy the complete confidence of our many customers, in fact it was one of my oldest customers who suggested this review mught be about another local garage.
