I have used RDS for six years. They have never missed a pick up and they always leave my can where I left it, never in the middle of my driveway. When I have called with questions they have always been very friendly. Love the twice a week pick up! The guys on the truck are friendly and helpful when trying to get around them on some of the busy streets in my neighborhood. Thanks RDS!

Wish I could give less than one star. They did not pick up garbage this week and calls for assistance are not returned. On the rare occasion the phone is answered, promises of a return call never come about. Garbage can still full. Left at driveway end night before pick up.

From before we moved into the area to the present day, I have had unhelpful and unfriendly customer (no)service. Roye's Disposal (no)Service demanded payment before they would begin "service" and then they didn't deliver a trash can when they said they would. When the trash can was not delivered the day they promised, or the next day, I called to find out when the trash can WOULD be delivered. The woman I spoke with at Roye's Disposal (no)Service said to leave all my garbage on the curb for pick-up next week. I suppose in the mean time, all the rubbish I was accumulating from moving and unpacking was supposed to stay in a heaping corner somewhere. It was only when I asked if my pre-payment for service was supposed to cover the current day that the woman said a trash can would be delivered. The (no)service has never improved. I have further been warned that if Roye's Disposal (no)Service has an issue with a customer, that the customer will have difficulty getting their trash picked up. It is unethical and unprofessional the way they treat their customers. Shame on them! I believe the only reason Roye's Disposal (no)Service stays in business is because there is currently no other choice for trash pick-up. If there was another choice, I would absolutely sign up with the other one.
