Totally screwed up our equipment and when i complained about the water flow i was treated like a "woman" who doesnt know anything about pools. My husband was in the hospital so i ended up paying the balance without him there. Now they dont answer the phones. Gonna dish oit more money to someone else to straighten it out. DO NOT USE this company

Don't get suckered like I did you will pay in the long run. Dave Nelson shows for checks and gives absolutely NO supervision to his subs. If something happens he refers you to the sub or supplier. You pay for him to schedule the subs. Please read the contract where it reads you have a year warrants on workmanship and material. Then look down and see he excludes himself from everything. The warranty is with the sub if they will call you and not damage or sabotage something else. Family seem nice but they can't do anything without Dad.. Good Luck

Check these guys out! Take a look at the website, that is the work they do! I thought the experience was really good, I got the pool I wanted, on time and on budget. I got what I wanted and the service and price has been great and dealing with them has been easy. I highly recommend this company, they have been in business forever and do quality work.

Their sales person promises more than the company delivers. We extensively researched Nelson Pools with the BBB and spoke with their references. Their sales rep assured us our drainage issues would be addressed. It was not addressed we have drainage problems and they won't return our calls. We paid for sod, they only sodded from the street to the pool, everything else they destroyed around the pool was not included in the price we paid. They never came back to start up our salt water system and will not return phone calls. Our pump loses it's prime every night and has to start dry....not recommended by the manufacturer. Nelson pools will not return our calls about this issue. We have filed a complaint with the BBB.
