The place has totally been cleaned and the rude employee has left. The owner is actually a very nice man. There is no possible way that there has been times in which someone's credit card was charged twice. It is not legally possible and as the comment says below, they credited a review 3 years ago in which there was another owner. The reviewer below needs to get his/her facts right

I'd say don't visit the valero's gas station in SPLENDORA, texas...they charged my debit card twice and after reading the review before mine I can see this is not the first time this has happened. It's a shame cause if I don't get my account CREDITED I will call an attorney. Also, I tried calling the store and the only number is a FAX.

This place is dirty and the owner is a very rude man. The store items are extreamly overpriced as well. Don't go there.

I don't have a problem with the gas station itself really. It is old and kinda run down but all I need is a good price on the gas. Thats why I stopped here today... It was 4 cents cheaper than anywhere else in the area. I used my Bank Debit card at the pump at purchased $25.36 in gas. Thank God I asked for a reciept because when I got home and was checking my bank account I realized that $49.32 had come out of my account. Of course I can't get ahold of them because the only number publicly listed is a fax number. I am extremely unhappy about this and will be going back over there tomorrow to ask them about it. If you stop here pay in cash or make sure you get a receipt if you use a credit/debit card and check your bank account to make sure they dont take out double what you actually spent there!!
