Had to pay $131.00 just to get into see the doctor. Took over an hour for the doctor to see me. Had an ear infection, she said "you need to go to the ER" gave me a piece of paper & I went to the ER. No refund. The ER was perplexed as to why they didn't give me antibiotics & pain meds. overall bad experience! Wouldn't take my dogs there.

Terrible service. Although I read this is a non-profit organization. I felt like they took my money and sent me home feeling worse than when i came in. Haven't been to the doctor in a few years for sickness/illness so maybe things have changed but I sincerely didn't feel like they cared at all about finding out was wrong with me. Prescribed me no meds, gave me no info, and told me to call to checky blood test results for a viral infection on Monday. I'm sure il feel better by then. So I am now still feeling like I have the flu for day 6 and still no answer

I switched my insurance to this clinic about 3 years ago, and most the time I am very happy about and with them. When it comes to getting test, and all lab work, they are great, even having a CT scaner with tech on board. I dont like the wait, it is always an hour +, with or with out an appointment. They hit the veins on the first try when they draw blood, the mail order pharmacy is great, it is fast and saves me a lot of time and money. The doctors are the most compassionet I have ever had, and really give you the time to know your situation and to hear what you have to say about your health, (That may be why the wait is excruciating).
