Children have gone to VYPC for almost 9 yrs (since birth). They may have there flaues but no office is going to be perfect. I have never had a problem getting an appr when needed. I know it may take awhile to get a call back when waiting for a triage call but, I know that when I do get that call that nurse is gonna give me the time and triage that my child needs. Lthe one thing I do enjoy is when that talk about personal experience with there own children, cause then it make me feel better about my own situation. Them I realize why it takes a little long for the call back because everyone else is hopefully getting that same care. I enjoy every provider and nurse! Everone is going to always post there negativity about someone or a place, but I'm pretty sure there is a positive that VYPC has done for someone child. I thank you and you will be taking care of my children until you kick them out because there too old!!!
