I couldn't agree more with the last two reviews. We have dealt with call realty for the last 2 years and have to say that it has been the worst experience I have ever had with a business of any sort. I cannot overstate the rudeness, incompetance, and outright illegal practices that we have had to put up with. I will probably also be going to court against call realty in an attempt to get my deposit back.

I agree that the 5 star reviews below are false.

This is the absolutley worst place to rent from. Not only have I had a horrible experience about 5 other military familys that i know have as well. They will nickle and dime you when you move out even forged the original move in paperwork where we documented the things already wrong with the house!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service!!! You will not recieve all the deposit back, they will find several things to charge you for and then maybe even charge you twice. They have recently been taken to small claims court by another military family to get their deposit back. FRAUDULANT is the best word for them as well and absolute robery for recieveing your deposit back. And not to mention the tiny portion they decide you send you back will not be within the 14 days required by law! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
