Customer Service

I just got off the phone with one of your representatives, in which I was simply calling to find out what a garnishment was involving. This representative got very rude with me, kept gradually raising her voice, and all I asked was to be educated on the reason I received this and some information that was provided throughout the conversation that I did not know about. As a customer I do not appreciate this type of costumer service, especially when I'm the one who is being billed for something. I had to literally stop the conversation myself and ask your representative to calm down, that I just was asking a couple questions, and that she didn't need to "chew me out" about the questions I had. I beleive my reasons for asking why I was being charged from your company are valid, for I as well as my place of employment did not know why we were receiving this (we had thought I had this all taken care of last year). Anyways, it very discouraging when a client calls a place of business such as yours, and all we get is negativiety from the representative we are trying to work with. It's not a pleasant experience. Just some outside advice, maybe the staff there need some more training on customer service skills, and even a good bedside manner. You're a lot more apt to receive call backs and responses from any/all clients that way. I work in an environment where it is very positive, we have to send out room/board bills, etc., and rarely have anyone not respond to us, or try to work things out somehow. That's because we are positive to all our clientelle. The person I talked to today, I think her name is Aaron, IO never care to speak to again. If I reach her another time I will ask for someone else. Is this how any management wants their employees to be known for/as? I know I won't allow that with my employees. Thanks for taking the time to read this, I know a lot of people who feel the same way I do, they just don't want to say anything. But, a problem can never be fixed if it's not heard about.
