This salon has all the services we have come to expect from full service salons with the most friendly professional technicians. A clean establishment that is updated and cozy. The prices are at or below market with extra TLC for their clients the rule rather than the exception. I have been going to Chappells for years. The girls are friendly and professional with cleanliness being their highest priority. This is a full service salon, including massage therapy...sort of one-stop-shopping for all your beauty needs! I have giving gift certificates from Chappell's as gifts, and my family and friends love receiving them! The owner is friendly and takes pride in pleasing all her customers. You won't be disappointed in visiting and using this salon!

Although Chappells is not a "trendy" salon such as those who strive to be like a NY City boutique establishment, it is NEVER dirty and the technicians are always aware of health guidelines. It is a warm, friendly neighborhood type salon and everyone there values the customers. I would recommend Chappalls!

what a dirty salon. the owner was very loud and gossipy. plus she used an implement and without cleaning it, put it back (dirty) in the disinfectant. yuk. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
