Ordered water got everything set up and never saw them again. After many calls, and promises they just don't care. Very bad customer service.

Thanks for nothing. I think I'll drive over to the office tomorrow with the flippen bottles.

What an experience! They delivered the water machine and promised water delivery.After the first two delivery They never came back, OVERCHARGED me and when I called them..they promised to deliver and correct the bill. .instead they sent my bill to collections for the price of the machine, leaving me wondering why..I WOULD NOT REFER THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE...

We just started water service and so far they have our our oder wrong and when contacting them about our oder they brought it to the wrong address. We are still with no water and you can not get anyone live person on the phone!

Bad service. I canceled my delivery and asked to have the equipment picked up well in advance--bottles as well as cooler and rack. After 1 week, they are still sitting on my front porch. I called every day for 4 days and nothing happened. I wonder what kind of management they have.
