My kids dad purchased a Ford Expedition at this auto credit. They finance through Phoenix financial. Phoenix is the problem. We thought the car was paid off because we had a family member take in the rest of the money to pay it off. We were working at the Spokane fair parked where no one is supposed to be aloud without a permit.. We had just purchased about two thousand dollars worth of product from costco and had, in money bags(hidden well, we had over tin thousand dollars, my medications, and a bunch of my 3 children's belongings. We went to go to the car after working and it was gone. We filed a police report thinking the car was paid off because we never got a notice....in two years. Thats how we found out it wasn';t paid off. The next day we offered phoenix financial to pay it off and they wouldn't budge. We went to the repo yard to get our belongings and EVERYTHING was gone. They had our car parked in the only place not visible by cameras. The window was bashed out. HMMMMMMMMMM who do you think broke into it? It's not auto credit, it's who they work with. My car ran great. Just be smart and have any vehicle checked before you buy at any delership

our 2004 Dodge Durango with 65,000 miles overheated at Mt. Spokane in December. we had it towed to Dishman Dodge. Apparently, the water heater failed which overheated the engined and ruined the heads. It's been 16 days now and they still haven't got it fixed yet and have quoted us a price of $4000 and they've been rude, have not delivered on any of their promises of when it will be done, don't call us back when they say they will. Bottom line, don't buy a Dodge, don't get it fixed at Dishman Dodge.
