Provided by YP.comThis is for the store near the Spokane Valley Mall. We have been pleased in the past, but this time the service was terrible. Although we called ahead, the dishwasher we had purchased was not ready for us to pick up. Parts were missing, including the installation manual. They had promised to replace the dented door and instead ordered a toe kick. One month later we are still waiting. Communication with them is terrible. Although prices are good, we can no longer recommend them.

Provided by YP.comSorry to say that I have received the worst service possible. Last fall, we purchased a washer and dryer. The price was right and the sale/delivery was uneventful. Two weeks ago, we placed an online service request for the dryer trap that broke. The dryer was under warranty. Service was schedule for the following Friday, 6 days later. It was no problem waiting, that was next available appointment. The service technician who came on the Friday, did not have the part to fix it. He did help us by attempting to fix our dishwasher that seemed to have a problem with the spring in the door and a buckling of the plastic along the control panel. Later that night, we noticed the dishwasher door spring was not fixed. I attempted to call to inform the service center the problem wasn't fix, but it was after hours. Being a bit ticked that I had to wait for the part to be ordered for by dryer (but I told you the problem on the service request) and I was charged for the dishwasher non-repair, I talked with a gentleman at the Valley store where I purchased the dishwasher. He listen to my complaint, and told me I could call the service center on Monday and ask for the manager. Being a bit shocked, I asked for a message to be left for a return call. Phone tag ensued until Wednesday, when I talked to the manger. I pointed out, why ask for a description of the problem on the service request form for the dryer, if you were not going to have the part to fix it the day that was originally schedule. I could have sent a picture of the dryer via email, if asked. The manager was nice, told me the part was now in and scheduled an appointment for service on Thursday. On Thursday, the technician was sick. We were reschedule for Friday. At this point, I'm two weeks without a dryer. Friday's technician called by husband in the morning, saying he would be out at 3:30 at the earliest. By 4:45, I was bit concerned because he wasn't here. I called service and asked if he was still coming. The woman I spoke with was not the nicest. She told me yes, but he is coming from CDA and to give him time. Could I have an estimate, fifteen minutes, thirty minutes? The response was "the amount of time it takes to get from CDA to Spokane. He was nice enough to FIT YOU IN TODAY." Wait a second, the dryer should have been fixed a week ago?!?!? This isn’t about being nice enough to fit me in. After going around a bit, I asked for the manager who I talked to on Wednesday. She was sitting right there. I heard the woman say "she wants to speak to you." I was transferred straight to voicemail. In my message I asked for a call back. Still waiting. Luckily, the technician arrive. He had a great attitude and was great to chat with while he worked. I guess that is one good thing.
