I went to Huston and didn't end up buying a thing but definitely not for lack of service. I was impressed with the doc, Scott, and his straight forward bedside manor. I found it a relief to the sales presentation I have received by others. Finally receiving a definition and clarity about my condition and options has left me much more confident making my final decision when I'm ready to purchase. I would highly recommend getting hearing evaluation done at Huston.

Huston adjusted my hearing aids in such a way that I could hear better without them. When I called to have them readjusted, I was told I had waited too long and would have to pay $48.00 to have them fixed. Even after I declined to pay this, they still phoned me to come in for service on my useless hearing aids.
