I took my vehicle in to get some snow tires and found some used tires to purchase for around $500. I leave the vehicle with them over night and the next afternoon the van has not moved. I finally get the van back just before closing and it was dark and I did not notice the custom aluminum wheels were all missing their aluminum center caps to cover the lugs nuts. I call them up and ask about them and they were extremely rude about their mistake. I go in and they can only find 3 of the 4 center caps to my custom wheels after making me wait an hour. I also had to choke on cigarette smoke while trying to argue with these people.
Not worth the hassle if you have any issues - go to an established professional tire shop and get piece of mind for your future customer service.

Being a older person they treated me like a human being an the service was outstanding. Very helpful!! I be back!

Well, im in need of a tire on my vehicle. Many people have referred me to go to judds, but due to the one star review that I just read about the mom who bought four tires & how rudely she was treated after being ripped off by them, I will NOT be calling them now. I went to Judd lees tire just by chance driving by and stopped 2 get 4 used studded tires for $200. They were very slow putting on tires and ended up breaking 2 hub caps that they put back on thinking I wouldn't notice I guess. I called about the broken hub caps and the owner Judd told me they are not accountable for broken hub caps or lug nuts even though they were obviously the ones who broke them. I'm 7mo pregnant and struggling as it is so was very disappointed in the service and how the owner told me if I didn't like it take my business else where when I had a hard time coming up with the money for the tires in the 1st place that I paid cash for. I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy! The owner was over the top rude.
