At this time I have been less then impressed with the costumer service I have received from Lifecare Solutions. I had sleep study done on Jan 28th. to renew prescription for equipment. I was contacted by Lifecare Solutions within next two days. A month pasted I contacted Lifecare Solutions on my prescription status. It is hard to tell how long I would have waited for service it I had not called them. I was told that I would have to contact my doctor because his nurse practitioner had signed the prescription and not the doctor. I feel this is not my problem to solve, they should have taken care of this in a more timely matter. So I am looking for another provider for my needs. Gary
