Went to Urgent Care when I was having a miscarriage, they got me in to a bed right away and got me started on fluids and scheduled my surgery for the same day. They were all very friendly.

My sister-in-law was released 10 times worse than at the time admitted. She had to be admitted at another hospital.



Valley had drugged her so badly she was incapacitated.



A few years ago, this hospital treated her with the best of care.

If you have a choice of choosing a hospital for inpatient, I wouldn't recommend Valley Hospital. Reason:

1. Nursing staff are not caring, unprofessional, poor attitudes. They are not work well together as a team

2. While patient need rest, the noise levels was so disruptive.

3. While the hospital proudly of World Class Service, you will be starving to death. No one care if you eat or not. Patients have to order their own meals while they sick and food taste like sh...

The bottom line is do not stay in this hospital, it is very ugly...

I came to this hospital after dislocating both of my knees. I got a student doctor and she told me to take ibuprofen and that I would be fine to go back to my job as a waitress in three days. I was in a wheelchair for a month! And I had to go to another doctor to get the horrible, horrible pain under control... I'm 23 and my knee condition is relatively rare so it was as if she didn't believe me or something. Also, after waiting in the waiting room for an hour, someone informed me that they had forgotten about me and it would be my turn soon. Another hour later, I went up to the desk and found out they had forgotten me again. Obviously, the ER is busy and there are plenty of people that need attention before I do. It's the fact that they somehow forgot about me twice that was irritating.

When my husband thought he had broken his ankle, we went to Valley ER. What a wonderful and caring place. Thankfully it was not broken. Just a very bad sprain. We can't thank the staff enough for their great care and help.

This hospital and staff are amazing. I personally feel that all involved truly care for the patient. I commend on a job well done.
