******Dishonest!!!!!! *******Stole my sister's cell phone and when my mom called security they made up a story of why it suddenly appeared again. Besides that, salon is dirty. They don't clean between clients. Cheap polish that doesn't last. Absolutely baffled as to why Spokane Valley Mall will allow them to continue business.

Im am sorry but I had to write a review on them. Their costumer service was absolutely a Terrible. I used to get my nails done every month for almost three years then I got pregnant and stopped, my sister took me and my cousin here as a treat and he made little effort looking at my nails im pretty sure he was mean mugging his wife or sister not sure, and they came out un even I asked to have the squared off he wouldnt do it as square as I asked for, And he didnt go down all the way with the acrylic and they came off in a Week..Now my fingers hurt and I have never had this happen to me before so im horrified! If you dont like your job quit so the rest of us dont suffer..I would not ever recommend this place to anyone unless they are looking to waste time and money.. I will be going back to Star on sullivan.
