We had an appointment for Roy to build a Bimini top for our new boat. Four days before that date, we received word that the builder of our boat made an error in our build and we were forced to take delivery a week later. We immediately notified Roy four days prior to our appointment with him. Not only did we email Roy, but after not hearing from him. We followed up with a voicemail 3 days prior to our appointment with Roy.
Roy contacted us the day of the original appointment with a $250 price increase, if we wanted him to complete this build because he was pissed off for the impact to his schedule. Really?? Is this the type of person you want to employee to do work for YOU? We didn't............
