I purchased a trailer breaking system for my new truck. I had a non-digital type in my old truck for the same 16' flatbed trailer but the salesman ( a short older guy with glasses) talked me into a more expensive digital type. I was able to install it myself immediately after buying it which was all good. I went immediately to pick up a heavy load of pavers. I was able to set the trailer breaks on the way and all was good. To make a long story short I began to have problems with the brakes working intermittently and the manual slide was weak at best. After cleaning connections and checking grounds I still had issues. I had to pick up another load the following day so I drove the 100+ mi. back to Robblees' to ask the "experts" whether it was my trailer or the unit itself since I had no problems with the last one on the same trailer. My first mistake was going to the same guy I dealt with the day before (he had an obvious bad attitude to begin with) I told him my story and told him that maybe the old style I had (much less expensive) might work better. He grabbed the one I had purchased out of my hand and started heading for the back room to get the less expensive unit and saying "Fine! I will give you the other one but I am NOT going to give you the difference back. (REALLY?) So when he comes back in a huff I asked him if I might have the same problems with the other unit and he said "sure!" So I told him that I might as well keep the one I had if that was the case so I reached for it he actually pulled it away from me and said "No!, You said you wanted this one!" I was starting to get beyond impatient with the little twerp but I calmly pointed out that the pigtail for that one is still in my truck, at which time he reluctantly gave it back to me. I have worked retail and if any of my employees had treated a customer with the impatience, disrespect and attitude (barring a recent tragedy in their life) at the least I would suggest retirement as a viable option. My first visit to Six Robblees' will be my last.

I've called and/or stopped at auto/commerical truck parts and looked for LED backup light to replace on my truck, they were the last one to call after my boyfriend told me about going there, he was already going there so I gave them a call and see if they had the lights I needed and paid for it over the phone and my boyfriend could easily pick it up for me while I'm stuck at work. Thanks to Dennis that works there. Will defially use them for any of my truck parts needs.
