I was amazed by the lack of customer service at Spokane Valley Screen Printing (SVSP). The worst of it comes from the manager Chuck Macguire. When he speaks to you, he has this air of superiority. He actually smacks his lips and makes a face to show his disgust with your questions.The funny thing is that much of what he was saying was not accurate. But I'm guessing he uses this bit to pressure people into immediate decisions.



If you looking for a company to work with you, keep looking, this is not the place.
