This is the worst company in Spokane. They don't take automatic payments so if you forget to make a payment they will start another garnishment and collect more attorney fees.

So jay is dealing with my case. I ran into car problems and couldn't make my payment. I tried on my next payday but couldn't from the days I missed at work and had to pay rent. So this pos calls me demanding the money. I had to pay so they would not garnish my checks. I can't believe such scum is here in Spokane. I have been paying off all my debt and this is the worst place I have had to deal with. Every other place cut deals with me and if I missed a payment they would work with me. I hope the worst for this place and jay you are a low life.

I went to this business the other night if you even want to call it that, but when I went to the window I was met by a lady who would not get off her cell phone. She was playing games while I was waiting for her to help me at the window. I said excuse me very politely and she just said hold on she is almost done with the level. I waited 5 minutes and she still wasnt done. When she finally decided to help me she couldnt quit texting someone and I would have to wait minutes inbetween tasks. I came at 6 oclock at night and this is not acceptable. She says that she is the manager, she needs to act like one and put the cell phone away!

This place is a joke! I went to make a payment and I had there manager talk down to me like I was a peace of sh*t I will never go back as long as they have that stripper talking c**t at the front desk!

What a Joke! They have a kid at the front desk and was treating me like I was I bum because I had a 5 year old ticket, I will never go back especially if they have that nerdy looking 10 year old kid at the front desk!

So I found out I owe this place a good chunk of change because of some stupid tickets and decided to stop by after work to make a payment. I get to the window and I see a kid there trying to help me. There is no way this kid is more than 16 and he gave off a huge hipster vibe. He could not understand me even when I was speaking clearly and was very rude. I was very disappointed with his sense of customer service. He is the reason why I will not go back at night any more.

This place is bad. My wife and I always pay our bills. At some point a medical bill for her was misdirected to an address in Post Falls (a POB). We never lived there. This April 2008 bill was never received by us. Two years ago I get called. The bill collector asked if we still had a POB and lived at XYZ. Sure, so send the invoice. Trouble is we didn't live in Post Falls and he never confirmed the city. NO bill came. Odd.

Last week a snot nosed kid called and jumped in my stuff. He asked do we still get mail at POB, and do we still live at XYZ. Sure we do. I asked him what zip codse are you mailing it to, "why 83854 of course". Wrong city. I corrected him and said I wont pay fees when we never recieved a bill. Fix it. Monday I called and the woman that took my call said I had never corrected the address and called me a liar. They trheaten to ruin your credit. I am still pizzed off. No wonder they have a one-star rating. I would give 'em less if I could.
