I took my truck to them to have the transmission rebuilt several years ago. When it left the shop it seem to be ok, 800 miles later it barely moved. They blamed on a electrical part the replaced when they rebuilt it. Not covered under warranty, so I had to pay for another rebuild. Got it back and over the 14 months I put about 1500 miles on it and it failed again. They tore it down again and it had to be rebuilt again I was stuck with no transmission, so my mistake I had them do it again. Here I am a couple years later with about 2,000 miles on it and it's failing again. Later found out from a friend of mine, that the company he had worked for had the same problems.

Only transmission shop I'll EVER go to. Incredible service, super reasonable in pricing and extremely knowledgeable. I know nothing at all about cars and they explained everything. They even came in about $400 less than my old shop. GO TO VALLEY TRANSMISSION if you want honest service and fair prices.

I was quoted 800 to 850 for repair,picked up the Explorer 1500 later.beware Spokane this place is a rip off

I have been doing business for years with Mike's Valley Trans. Before I retired worked for a school district and he did work for the district too. I am going back again soon before he retires. Not sure who will take over but will have big shoes to fill. Hope he gets to enjoy some retirement days as he sure has earned them. One of few business any more that you know your getting what honest work. Note to the one sour grape post. Wonder what the rest of the story would be. Bet there is a lot more to it.

Every time I have been to this transmission shop the people have gone out of their way to make sure I have been satisfied. They give the best service and I will be a customer for life.

The staff at Valley Transmission, are both professional, and courteous. They give an honest estimate. I have been a customer for about 10 years and can't complain about their service. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs their vehicle serviced or repaired.

My BMW was having problems and had completely lost 2nd gear. Valley was able to repair the problem at the fraction of a new transmission. They had the car back to me in 2 days and it was back to normal. I was very pleased with the work and still am.
