Im so happy that I called Paul. He showed up on time and was clean and polite. He knew exactly how to fix my flooded basement and even though it took him over an hour, the price was still the same. He offered other services, like root killer and video inspection in order to look for damage in the drain. I will definitely be using him from now on and will recommend him to my friends and family.

Thoughts and suggestions. When you come to a new customers house, perhaps coming prepared for the job would be a good idea. What do you expect in this line of work? That you wont get dirty? Did not want to crawl under the house because he didn't bring his coveralls, even though the septic tank had already been dug out and the lid popped, he couldn't move the lid and didn't want to get dirty by kneeling on the ground because he "had another service call after this one and didn't want to go home and clean up before going to that one." Really? Perhaps you should have brought your coveralls in your truck along with your own saw so you wouldn't have to use mine. Additionally, I was quoted one price over the phone, there was no discussion about alternate rates once on site and figured out what he needed to complete the job, but when the bill came it was 1.5 times the amount originally quoted.
