Buyers beware of hidden fees added to your monthly rent. This company does not follow the renters laws of Washington and harasses you if you are a day late and assesses more fees. This company has little amenities for the escalated rent costs. The customer service and staff here are not helpful to tenants and it’s a struggle to get any questions answered. It’s a totally crooked company and there are many yelp reviews supporting this. There are many options surrounding this complex so choose wisely. This company offers a slightly lower rent then the surrounding competitors but they add fees on top at the end so your are really paying more.
