Brought my dog into clinic Wednesday nite.

Recp insisted dog needed exam before renewing script...now at 6 months review

Recp was indifferent...not interested...

Loud voice...all but rude...Dr Moore

was not aware of dogs condition even though appt was made days in advance..and chart notes had been transferred a year ago....so sad to be greeted this way...and dog had been seen

Love Audubon vet. They take great care of all of my dogs. I had a Korean Jindo that had a swollen disc after previously having surgery and I made an appointment to put him down. Instead of finalizing that appointment, they convinced me to bring him in and get him checked out. Dr. Wachtel prescribed prednisone and it was helping but ultimately after 3-4 months we put him down and Dr. Moore did the procedure. They were very caring and allowed me to stay in the room for as long as I needed after putting him down even though they had people waiting in the lobby. Even the receptionists remember me and my dogs. Everyone there is very respectful and caring. We now have 3 dogs (again) and continue to bring them in for all of their shots and checkups. I highly recommend Audubon Veterinary Clinic
