I moved and called to have Banner come pickup my tank which still had fuel in it. I asked to be contacted prior to the pickup so I could be there when they pumped out my tank so I could see exactly how much was left. Not only did they not notify me as they said they would, they charged me $95 to pickup the tank and another $.35 per gal for travel. I had paid $2.249 a gallon plus tax when I bought the propane and they paid me $1.89 gallon when they picked it up. They said their trucks run on diesel and this is the charge for picking up the fuel. I not receive a receipt showing the exact amount of fuel they pumped out so have to believe they did only pump what they said. To me, if you pay a certain amount for propane when they get it back they should pay the same seeings how propane is more expensive now then it was when I bought it. I was told they are actually buying the propane back from me - so wouldn't you think I should be paid what the cost would be for me to buy it from them? They are crooks and I don't feel this should be legal. How about you? I am telling all my friends, etc not to use them and if they do to switch to a more ethical company.

I used to be a banner customer for 20 years.I stopped being one after I had gotten S.N.A.P energy assistance one year and they took the 700.00 and left me and my children to freeze that winter I was not the only customer they did that to either.I am disabled,now all I have to do is listen to their furnace truck at my backdoor for an hour an a half blazing noise its ironic how even if you are not a costumer or even if you are you have to put up with whatever at any hour,my response...LOW INCOME BEWARE>neighbors of their customers-be prepared to be annoyed,when they leave you behind and cold when you need it the least!Try Gobers there just as good and have never left me down and out,they will find a way to work with you.

We've been using Banner for 11 years now for our oil needs. They bill monthly, the drivers and maintenance guys are always friendly. And they do more than just furnace work. We had them come out once to replace the heater element in our hot water tank. I would always recommend them.

We have been Banner Fuel for over 30 years, and they have always kept our fuel oil tank full. The men who have come to do the regular checkups on our oil-fired burner have always been polite and professional.
