Although my purchase was small and very difficult the staff was kind patient and met all my needs! Im glad they called to confirm with the receiver! This world if plagued with sloppy mistakes, but not at Beau K Florist! The gentleman, Barb and entire staff were excellent!!! Thank you so much for making a special occasion perfect! Loving you from Kentucky!

Poor quality service- I would not recommend this business.



I ordered flowers from this business, through their website, and requested that they confirm the recipients address when making the delivery. The flowers were supposed to be a surprise (as is often the case). They called the recipient several hours ahead of the delivery, to "confirm" their address, and completely ruined the surprise!



When I called and asked about this, they were defensive, and said they were just "following my instructions". I would expect a florist to have more common sense than this! Next time, I will choose a different florist.
