The local customer service of Spokane Byram was very poor. They miss-sized the product, that I had to be specially measured and sized for, then they did not want to exchange the products, and then they billed my insurance incorrectly. I have been battling with them for several months. I do NOT reccommend them. Their "sizing" specialist was rude and misinformative. I have heard this from many other patrons as well.
