Not a safe or clean place to live! Most of the empty apartments have bums sleeping in them with no door knobs on them. Mothers leaving children home alone constantly. I mean ages one to five years old. Stabbings,gang activity,drugs. I could go on and on but won,t. Just avoid these apartments at all costs.
