I gave them specific instructions, to repair my thousand dollar coat. after waiting more than TWO months goin there back and forth just to do measuring and fitting again and again they got it wrong every time. the job looked the exact same like they hadn't even tried to fix it.

seriously ,i hav to hold my breath when his talkin to me or taking measurements. horrible stinks bad breath.-after months of wait.and was charged $150 for crappy job to ruin my coat.now i can't even wear my coat anymore :( i'm sooo disappointed realized how much i spent for that coat . i wish never came there to repair it.

Absolutely horrible, I went in six times for one job and they had it wrong every time. I gave them specific instructions, with illustrations and even demonstrated how I wanted it done and they got it wrong every time. Usually the job looked the exact same like they hadn't even tried to fix it. They charged me over $80 for a job they said would take only 10 min. Finally I asked for a refund since they had damaged my $500 jacket beyond repair and the owner yelled at me and threatened me when I asked for a refund. Horrible people and a horrible business. Do not trust them.

I took my $250 bridesmaid dress to Don Juans to get altered for my sisters wedding. He seemed like a pretty legit guy. When I went to pick my dress up, I asked to speak with Don Juan so he could see how it fit to see if more alerations needed to be made. As I walked in, I made eye contact with him and said hello. He then went into the back room and had his 13 year old daughter help me. When I got to my sisters to show her my dress, I tried it on for her and she noticed visible stains all over the dress. I called Don Juan and he said he wasn't at the store when I picked it up (he didn't want to confront me and tell me he stained my dress) he then told me to bring my dress back to get dry cleaned. I brought it back the next day. When I picked it up two days later (4 days before my sisters wedding) his wife was there. She handed my dress, I looked at it and she had burnt holes in my dress!!!!!! They would not refund anything and were not helpful at all!!!! They still will not refund my dress and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!!
