I am a lawyer and one of my clients live here. I have witnessed first hand staff treating tennants like its a
halfway house. If you even leave or return home be prepared to get a noise complaint weekly. Remnants come and go. Don't let the cheap rent fool you.

This is the worst place i have ever lived in my life. the management is horrible, completely inconsiderate and treat you like garbage. Not to mention there is absolutley no parking at all and if you park anywhere they will tow your car and charge you $300. Trust me take your money elsewhere

Eagle Pointe is a great place. I just moved in last month and the office staff made it very easy and helpful for me. I love my new apartment. I would tell anyone I know this is a great place to be.
