Through process and pay services, audit, reporting and advanced analysis, its patented technology and consulting services provide companies with critical information. Advantage IQ has more than 350 clients, including Big Lots Stores, Duke Realty, Staples, CSK Auto Corporation, Providence Health System and Jack in the Box. In 2005, Avista, its parent company, acquired the telecommunications consulting firm TelAssess as a part of its ongoing expansion into the telecommunications expense management service market. The company s more than 300 employees work in a 70,000-square-foot facility in Spokane, Wash., which houses Advantage IQ s headquarters and secure data center.
