I needed to service my mower, I found Mike's online. I took on Friday 12:45, the employee was AWSOME! sold me on a $10 48 hr. guarantee. Hadn't heard back from Mike's, I made a call at 12:04 Tuesday, they said should be done in a couple of hours and at 4:04 I got the call, it's done. I picked up the next day and was being helped by Mike. He ran off the charges including the express charge. I said you can forget about the express and his response, I quote " I love it when people come in here and tell me how to run my business" and told me I needed to be nicer. I'm sorry I was simply pointing out that the deadline has passed and I am not going to pay for something that didn't happen. He wouldn't stop he kept berating and cussing, then I said all I want to do is pay and get the F... out of here!!! I tried to de-escalate, he followed me out in the yard chirping at me, then wanting me off his property, yadda yadda yadda, to add the kicker he made a gay joke and I was done. While I loaded up my mower, I had to listen to this jerk talking to his employee on what a big tough guy he was... excuse me while I clean the vomit out of my mouth. I am pretty easy going and let most things roll off my back, but this hit me wrong, so much this is my first complaint ever!
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS

Mike and the guys did a great job on my snow blower. It wouldn't run and then when it did it was a piece of you know what. He put in a new carb and now it runs like a top. I saved a lot of money. I will recommend him to anyone who asks. Awesome job...Thanks.

Provided by YP.comThis is by far the friendliest and helpful shop in town.
I stopped in to ask a quistion about repairing my John Deere rider. The owner explained what the problem was and how to fix it myself.I had it up and running in 10 minutes and it cost me nothing.Another shop in the Valley qouted me a repair cost of around $250 plus parts to fix it.
I am so glad i stopped in at Inland Outdoor and talked to Dave.
Thank you Dave for saving me over $250 in unnecessary repairs. Not to mention having to wait over a month to get it back.

A large shop on N. Division told me my big snow blower could not be fixed. This place did it and it cost me only $71.23.

Provided by YP.comThe first snow storm of the year came and that’s when I found out that my snowblower wouldn’t start. I was to say the least…upset until I called Inland Outdoor Equipment and Small Engine Repair!.
They were at my door to pickup my snowblower and promised he would have it back fixed in about 2 hours. It was snowing when he left and it was still snowing when he returned about 2 hours later with my snowblower. The snowblower was repaired and running like a top. I can’t say enough good things about Inland Outdoor Equipment and Small Engine Repair!. By the way, I live in Cheney and that was no problem at all for them.
Thank you for your great service Inland Outdoor Equipment and Small Engine Repair!
