"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" My multiple experiences at Jim's have ALWAYS been outstanding, with nothing but helpful, friendly, courteous conversations and advice, whether I purchased anything during that visit or not. They appear to be ready to assist and impart knowledge and advice to anyone, anytime. They certainly have not gotten rich off my business, but I am enriched by their willingness to assist and educate a novice.

I've been a customer at Jim's for over 20 years, always got good service and products. The staff have always been knowledgeable and friendly. I suppose a rude customer or ones with an attitude may not always be rewarded with sunshine. This would be true at other kinds of businesses as well.

Very unhelpful. Expensive.
