We love the Millwood Animal Clinic, they go above and beyond to make sure your pet get's what they need, and they offer fair prices and excellent customer service.

When I took my kitten in for being spayed I did not realize she was carring kittens. When I went to pick her up they asked that I pay my bill before I got my cat. I didn't see a problem with that but after I paid and was reviewing my reciept I realized there was a charge that had not been discussed with me. The charge was for aborting a set of kittens since my cat was evidently pregnant. Not only did they not call to inform me this was occuring, they didn't even tell me before or after I paid my bill. When I addressed the issue their reason for not telling me was because they were not sure of the circumstances, like I wanted to abort the kittens. I would never have approved the surgery ifI known my cat was pregnant. What's worse is they told me and my four-year-old daughter that we just needed to move on. There were no appologies and no courtesies extended our way for the troubling situation. I do not recommend this vet after this tramatizing situation.
