Water leaks in the walls that they blame on you. Black mold in units that the complex ignores (caused an asthma attack for my son, daily and hospitalizations they refused to pay for or fix the problem). They enter your unit without notice when you are not home. The management will charge you for other tenants issues (record keeping problems). When a neighbor got evicted, they claimed property in the unit as their own and denied the tenant anything of value. (illegal to hold property as ransom) They will claim your deposit covered any damages when leaving but charge you 2 years after you've left. No notice of charges until collections hit your credit. Lack of pool maintenance led to the CITY Code enforcement FORCING them to repair or fill with dirt. Laundry room is disgusting and most of the time the washers or dryers are broken. A lot of drug traffic. They also fraudulently drafted paperwork to DSHS for a neighbor so that she could rent at more than half her months wages.
